CENTRUM Regular or Silver?
I appreciate your concern, but I will stay with what my doc says. He has not failed me yet. He has me on the supplements I need. My RNY was 3 years ago, and I still do complete blood work every six months. Numbers are all fine.
I was taking Vitamin C, that I added on my own and the one thing the doc told me was he was concerned that my C was high. So I stopped taking the supplement.
I currently take 2000 mg calcium citrate, B-12 sublingual (3-4 times a week - 500mg), Ferrocite (iron) and Potassium.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
centrum silver but not the ultra womens - take either regular centrum silvers or centrum silver chewables. The ultra womens have 500mg of calcium and 8mg of iron, making both of them useless. You cant' absorb the iron with more than 300mg of calcium and you can't absorb the calcium with the iron. So, stick to the plain old centrum silver - the chewables actually taste good. They have no iron, so you will need to take a separate iron supplement.
