Morning crew mates!
Sailing along here, just trying not to sink! So much easier said than done, that's for sure. Starting tomorrow I'm going to start upping my protein intake in preparation of my plastics (still hoping that will happen, re-fi is still pending). Maybe I'll get this 3 lbs off in the process?
Yesterday wasn't too bad. Here it is:
1/2 PB&J
applesauce w/ cottage cheese
lean cuisine cannolini
protein coffee
1.2 chicken fajita quesidilla, 10 tortilla chips
piece of cheddar
That's it. How about you?

I finally crawled back up on the barge. I hope I don't sink it. I saw numbers this week that I haven't seen in the four years since my WLS. I HAVE to do something before the 12 lbs becomes 120 again.
I crock-potted a big mess of chicken last night, with a can of celery soup and some salsa. That'll be my go-to food when the munchie**** The smell when I woke up this morning was luscious!
My goal is to get my eating under control this week, and hopefully take off these damned extra pounds by mid-October. Six weeks isn't unreasonable for 12 lbs.
Pulling out the chocolate protein powder. Maybe some cafe mocha will hit the spot.
What would I do without the OFF sistahs???

Honey, let's hope that none of us ever have to find out what we would do without each other! I feel the same way. Yeah, I haven't seen this weight since I was on the way DOWN to my goal.
I'm really going to up the protein and lower the carbs this next three weeks. Now, I know if my surgery goes as planned I'll have at least the 3 lbs cut off that I've gained. Now THERE'S doing it the easy way!! LOL

This boat is one big life preserver. When the urge to eat or NOT eat comes to mind, I think about having to fess up to all.
Having your 3 lbs lopped off doesn't sound so easy to me.
I'm not sure what food is in store today. We are going to a damned outside party in a few minutes. All I know will be there is regular Pepsi and gallons of booze. Joy

Surely to goodness you aren't talking about the egg over easy w/roll I had for EARLY breakfast this morning, or the lacy crepes I had at the Pancake house. Perhaps the short in a tall at $4? No.. but it will probably be the ribs and bbq stuff at nephew's party this afternoon... I'm taking 32 eggs.. = 64 deviled eggs.
