Julia what a wonderful little getaway...enjoy every moment in paradise!!
As for me...I am about out the door...on the way to Minneapolis to meet with my granddaughter and at agency down there...trying to get some help for her.

I am happy to read your post and hope that you vacation is just what you need to heal you through and through, you've had more than your share of stress this past year and need a good break and while I've never been to the Cayman Islands, I hear they are wonderful, so enjoy for all of us who wish we could be there to share your vacation and as Grammylew said, keep those positive thoughts going, worrying does not change anything at all, so why bother! Hugs. . .
As for me, I am here at work, busy times, lots of things going on, that may help to keep me employed and we all want to stay employed, at least those of us who need the income. . .
Better get back to it, bye and have a wonderful day. Remember it costs nothing to smile, it often encourages one back. . .

Hi Julia and my OFF family:
I have been to the Cayman islands twice on cruises (just a day visit) and have swum with the stingrays and seen the sea turtles ... you will love the sea turtle area, it's really neat. Spend lots of time there. I enjoyed the stingray place too and wanted to go back there the last time I was there with my brother, but he wasn't interested. We really should have taken separate tours. But he liked the sea turtles a lot; he would have spent more time there.
You sure deserve a vacation; it will be good for you. And as you said, if nothing else you can lie on the beach and read.
I have been having trouble with my asthma; it's been waking me up and causing me to cough and gag. Nothing bad enough to make me reach for my rescue inhaler, but I don't like waking up multiple times in the night coughing and gagging. There must be something nasty in the air in the fall here ... I've had the air on because it's still too hot. Doesn't it ever cool off here? They're still calling for 100 degrees. I want fall!
I have to run out to Walgreens and get some more calcium. I thought I had enough but I was down to one pill today .... I am going through them a lot more quickly now that I'm taking 1500 a day now. And then it's back to work tonight. I hope it's a better week.
