Good morning once again crew mates!

Yesterday we joined friends for brunch at a lovely jazz bistro here in Little Rock. Quite affordable for that sort of thing, and very, very good. I think I did pretty good, considering all of the choices I had.

bkfst:  apple
snack: no way
lunch;  boiled shrimp, very small slice (half of one, actually) prime rib, slice fresh pineapple, few roasted potato cubes, 2" square of bread pudding. Oh, yeah.....a bloody Mary. Probably the first one of those I've had in 4 years.
snack:  What, are you kidding?
Dinner:  cottage cheese w/ cantaloupe

I felt good leaving the restaurant not have eaten any of the biscuits and gravy, waffles, cookies, brownies or creme brulee.

Yesterday....

B-scrambled eggs w/peppers, onions, bacon and cheese

L-BBQ beef no bun of course and 3 potato chips ( not bad for ou****ching the football game at a sports bar)

S-2 UV Blue Vodka's w/ water (tastes like raspberry Popsicles)

D-1/2 Fillet Mignon, 1/2 salad and one bite of beans ( taken out to dinner)

S-2 crackers ( with my meds)

I cannot remember what I ate yesterday except waking up around 1 am feeling hungry and very cold. I had a dish of cottage cheese, berries & Ka****hat warmed me up and I slept well.

Not so bad to do once in a while.

I have bee running all day and I am just getting home from Chorale Practice.  I can't remember what I ate yesterday.  UMMMM let me think

B- Sandwich thins with peanut butter
L - Habachi steak tenderloin about 3 oz and shrimp about 3 shrimp couple of bites of fried rice
D - can't remember.  I have it written down but I am too tired to go and get it.
S - protein drink

I'll try to post earlier tomorrow.  These infusions is taking up a lot of my time.
