Tiredness
Can anyone tell me why I am getting tired after I have a shake or a soup? I don't have any pain, just an enormous wave of tiredness.
Today I had:
2 shakes = 500 ml
water = 1000 ml
2 soup = 3 tbspn
So I am having plenty of fluids. I am not dehydrated. Have started my multivitamins and having panadol for paid control. That's it.

ditto to both the posts you got. . . while the surgeries they can perform today are less invasive, they are still surgery, which involves healing and recovering from the effects of anesthia (spelling?). . .

Thanks everyone. Just wanted to make sure it was normal. I never had any naps in hospital at all but am finding I need them at home and i am fighting it. My soup is is just pure vegetable soup pureed made with homemade beef stock from bones, carrots, zuccinis, tomatoes, spinach, leek and celery and salt and pepper. I am sure there is something else but that is the base. Cook it, puree it and then freeze to use later and thin it down with more stock to eat now.
