Have any of you tried estrogen replacement meds that are plant based? Where do you buy them? Quit the ER drugs after being on them for years. I'm still experiencing hot, hot flashes and am over 70. Good grief! Does this go on forever?

I took Estroven which is soy based. And I took Evening Primrose gel tabs and Vitamin E gel tabs. This was recommended by my gynecologist. Hope that helps.
