Hi gang. Time for me to get this boat sailing and my butt in gear for what is my Thursday.
Here's yesterday:
lite english muffin w/ WW cream cheese, deli ham
2 pcs dark chocolate
Taco bell Fresco chicken soft taco, filling only, with an order of pintos
enchilada and beans (poor Gary)
applesauce w/ LF granola
100 oz water, 2 lattes, one protein coffee and a partridge in a pear tree

Hi Susan,
After a few weeks of not knowing if I was coming or going. I went off the wagon for awhile.
Back on it
Coffee
Protein drink with 1% milk
S- none
L- Bacon and fresh tomatoes
S- Salami and cheese roll up
D- cottage cheese and pineapples
S- A cup of sugar free cherry ice cream

Good Morning sistahs
Yesterday I ate
B - Quaker oatmeal squares
S - Lite cheese stick
L- PBJ on white wheat ( sugar free jelly)
D - Mexican restaurant fajittas ate beef and two tortillas brought my own ff sour cream.
Even with the restaurant I stayed within the 1200 calories I am aiming for. ended day with 1190.
Going to check on my mom this weekend. Stay focused will be my mantra. South Louisiana is noted for its food and of course fried is a food group. I have a small apt there ( cheaper than hotel if staying more than two days) so I will cook instead of running to the closest eatery.
Wish me luck I will need it.
