Hi gang!

Moving right along here, just trying to keep up and not sink. Sounds so much better than it is, believe me!

Yesterday:

double fiber english muffin w/ WW cr cheese and deli sliced roast beef
enchlada, ff refries
fiber bar
atkins shake
tangy chicken w/ basmati rice

80+ oz water, protein coffee, 2 lattes.

gotta run.......

Hey Susan

Internet explorer not working for me today.  Had to use  mozilla.

Yesterday I spent packing, at the hospital, then driving into Louisiana to see my mom.  I didn't do so well.  Was so afraid to stop at fast food places I didn't make my calories.  I had

B- Oatmeal and Protein drink
L - Protein bar while hooked up to IV
D- Tuna with a dab of mayo on sandwich thin
S - few peanuts

I got in around 1000 calories.  I am at my small apt. so I intend to cook my meals.  Should be a better day.

Yup, I'm eating the same basic foods, over and over again. It is easier to know almost exactly what I'll have for each meal.

As the weather gets colder it is becoming more difficult to get in liquids. Brr cold. Sure wish I liked tea. It all tastes like pond s****mells. Sorry

Hello Susan....I didn't eat very well yesterday...too much on my mind....I will do better today.

B-Boost High Protein Drink
L-Boost high Protein Drink
S-four wheat crackers
D-one chicken drummie
S-hand full of Kettle Corn at the neighbors

I did get my water in so that was good!!

Hi Susan and everyone on the boat of food monitors!

Wow, Sat already.  I have been doing pretty well lately.  I hid the pretzels.  BUT , I bought sugar free Klondike bars at Marcs yesterday..  Oh well, I am going to allow one in my diet once in awhile.  I love, love, love ice cream.

Coffee-

B- Protein drink
S- banana
L- Ham and cheese roll up and tomatoe
S-  Can't remember...
D-Smokies, cheese, tomatoe and a piece of flaxseed bread.  First time I tried it, it tastes really good.  Plus, there are five protein in it.  Now, I don't feel too bad about eating bread once in awhile.  Sometimes I really miss a piece of bread
S- KLONDIKE BAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I'm low on everything today..

  Low on water..
  Eats...

  protein shake with frozen cherries (5)
   6 crackers and cheese
  1/2 salad from Wendy's with 3 boneless chick wings
  1/2 cup popcorn at the movies
  6 crackers and blueberry cheddar

  Thats it for me for today...tummy hurts and is very uncomfortable

  Hope everyone else did better.
