Sailing, floating, sinking like a rock....what are you eating?

Dontnask me what I'm doing, ' cause I just don't know......up to 136.2 this morning and not happy about it at ALL! I informed Gary that next Monday I'm joining a nearby gym and Im going to stop sitting in front of the TV or computer after dinner. Most evenings after dinner is over and cleaned up, Im I'm my jammies, even if it's 6:00! That's NUTS!!!!

Ok....my rant is over, here's yesterday:

Sandwich thin w/ WW cream cheese and deli chicken
Chick fill a salad.....really good, BTW
Banana
Apple
Healthy choice pad Thai

Water, protein coffee and lattes. So.....how's bout you?

Yesterday I had

B - sandwich round toasted
S - protein drink
L- chili
S - protein bar
D - chilli

busy day running around unable to eat at the proper times so I relied on protein bar to tide me over
