It's Finally Friday - What's New?

Good mornin' ya'll. 

Am I first?

This morning I have a pet peeve - why is it those resealable plastic bags won't reseal on the first, second, or even the third try? Am I just WAY too uncoordinated?

Nippy morning today. Fall is here and I like it!

My DH and I went to Logan's for lunch on Wednesday and they had their pink T-shirts on sale. Quite cute. My grandson wanted one to wear under his baseball shirt. He was having trouble finding a pink underarmour. They make them for pro teams, but not much available to the general public - well, male public.

I have the border to do on one blue afghan. I started a pink/white one trying to use up unused yarn. Didn't have enough, so I had to go buy 1 skein to fini**** I'll have about a half skein left. I never seem to get the exact amount right. I guess if I followed their pattern EXACTLY I wouldn't run into this. But most baby afghans are too small for my liking.

I know it's late but I'm finally getting online. I had a full day... but had lots of fun! Thank goodness I had my wheelchair! It helped me so much with the sightseeing that we did. I'm on my way to another gathering... maybe I'll post again later.

when i went to the post office a few days ago i was surprised to see pink tank tops for sale- it's a fundraiser for one of our high schools and their volleyball teams but jeez if ya buy a shirt every  time you see one- well-

nothing really new in my world but i had a very enjoyable day with some dear friends -tasted some great foods and now i think i'm heading to bed! lots of walking today and i'm pooped!
oh! i bought a Christmas present for one of my sons!

for some reason my mouse won't make my font bigger and i really like the words to be bigger-my eyes are slowly getting worse-tho it could be the cataracts too i guess- or age????nah!!!!!! i feel too young!!
