4 YEARS AGO

October 17th 2006 I had a life changing event of my life! WLS!!! Do I regret it? HELL NO!!! I do regret that I didn't have it done sooner, but then maybe my life would not be where it is today. I am doing things again that I never thought possible. Life is good!! I have lost 154 lbs now. I did gain some back but I have lost again and am trying to get a few more off for good measure if possible.

Just wanted to stop in and post that I am still kicking and happy with my life. Nice that a few people have missed me and did contact me to see how I was doing. OH and OFF have been a big part of my life every day for over 4 years....now I just lurk once in awhile.

Thankyou Pat! Its been a hard battle but with the help of a good dr I am losing the regain! When I saw the doc this morning he was pleased with the weight loss! He told me to keep up the good work! I said I would keep doing what I was doing and see what would happen. He said Good!! :-) Life is so much better for me now than it was 4 years ago!!! I never knew I could be this happy!!
