I'm eating, how about you? Monday
Hi all, hope you're starting out a new week with the feeling of renewed energy and commitment to our healthier lifestyles. Nothing like a Monday to signal the start of positive changes! One day at a time, strung together makes a week, String four of them together and you have a month, and from there you're on your way to a great year!
Wow.....10 hours of sleep plus a 2 hour nap makes me so profound....lol..lol
My weekend was crazy busy and fun filled, but I'm afraid I over indulged in some foods that weren't exactly what anyone could call WL friendly. Oh well, one weekend every few months won't kill me. The bright side is is that I can occasionally have those days and then go right back to doing what I should be doing. I've already started with a breakfast of Greek yogurt and LF granola.
Ok crew mates, what's up with your eating????

My innards rebel against too many changes. Yesterday my lunch was a latte, handfull of nuts and a biscotti. We won't discuss the previous days.
Plan for today:
B - cottage cheese, berries & Kashi
L - salad, chicken, green beans
D - chicken & green beans
No snack!!!
Lots & Lots of much needed water.
PS - Susan - will you e-mail me your home address? I can't find anything in this house.
Kisses
