I'm eating, how about you? Tuesday edition
I did pretty well yesterday, let's see if I can string two good days together. I'll be busy at the salon, so no chances to munch my day away. Thank goodness!!!
Yesterday:
greek yogurt w/ LF granola
chili mac
banana
pork chop, couscous, baby green beans
applesauce/LF granola

Thanks for posting what 'day' it is. When we don't have a lot inbetween it just confuses the heck outta me. And you know I'm easily confused...
Yesterday I started with:
Drumroll, please... short Pike in a tall cup.
About 1/2 c of chicken salad w/6 Club crackers
A handful of peanuts munching at my desk
another cup of coffee
Lamb steak (baaaaaaahhhhhhhh)
slice of Pepperidge Farm bread w/only fruit fig spread
1/2 glass of diet cranberry
Guess I should figure that up.. need to do better.
I've been away from home since 10/8, and all my meals were out. Lots of temptations, some poor choices, and a 2 lbs weight gain. All-in-all, not too bad.
Still working on the 9 lbs I wanted to lose before vacation. I can do 11 lbs. Just gotta stick to the plan. Once I get back into my routine (rut), I'll be fine.
I'll post tomorrow about today. promise!

Yesterday could have been better, still was in the hanging with the peeps mode, not to mention there was so much tempting stuff in the office because someone thought bosses day should include a bunch of sugary stuff, which I hardly touched, but made a couple of other bad choices later on, oh well today I will stick with my meal plan
B: Cottage Cheese and Catalope
S: Yogurt
L: Spinach pie and Tomato/red onion salad with a bit of gorgonzola cheese mixed in
S: Apple
D: Chicken and some veggies
S: If I have one with be either fruit or 1/2 cup of sugar free vanilla bean ice cream
That's my story and I'm sticking with it today

Luckily, I didn't gain any weight even though I might not have made good choices the last few days. Lucky, lucky me, but I can't rely on that luck, gotta make a plan and work that plan.
