Remember me? I remember you........
Hello all,
It has been a very, very long time since I posted, however, I will never forget this forum for many reasons. There are many explanations for why I have "disappeared" despite an occasional lurking. I hope all are doing well...which brings me to my reason for dusting off the cobwebs and popping in today.
For those of you *****member our sistah, Melissa from Ohio...she was one of our Pittsburgh Palooza participants in April '08 and is in need of good thoughts and prayers. Her husband, Greg, is having a difficult time with colon cancer and was readmitted to the hospital yesterday for additional ailments including dehydration and possible shingles plus he needs to have a bone scan today for suspicious pains in his leg.
Melissa and her family have been through so much in the past few months and really needs some fast and furious prayers and good thoughts sent her way.
So...throughout the course of your day, give her a thought and I am sure the Power of Prayer/Good Thoughts should reach her, Greg and her family.
By the way, if some of you recall, Greg and Melissa have always helped so many throughtout their lives and are rescuers of animals. Their selfless acts of kindness and generosity need to comeback to them 10 fold at this point.
Thank you for reading! I will let her know about any posts that are recorded here........<3
Have a great day!
Lora
I saw on Facebook that Greg was back in the hospital. Not sure if Melissa has had time to read that people are praying for them and keeping them in their thoughts. Please let Melissa know that we're thinking of her and Greg and hoping that all goes well.
I'm glad to see you on the board again, but it's a shame it's for such a sad reason. You're thought of, and missed.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
