Hi Susan,
I'm keeping a food log but yesterday I deviated from planning things out and didn't do too well.

B- 3 slices bacon
L - Lean Cuisine Chicken
S - Wendy's Choco. Frosty
S - 12 Grapes
D - Clam Chowder, slice of rye bread with margarine
S - Banana

Must be something in the air...I didn't do well yesterday either.  Not organized.

Breakfast - small cheese omelete and mixed fruit

Then all hell broke loose. 

grazed on peanuts, and diet dr.pepper

didn't really eat lunch had a protein bar

dinner was small amount of pasta and meat sauce and two slices of bread at Carabba's

Have to get to the store and get my sandwich rounds so I can get back to a routine.  I can eat the same thing day after day and stay on track.  Get out of my rut and its not so good.
