Who on earth would ever think that NOT snacking and eating between meals would result in weight loss??? WTH??? LOL

Yesterday:
bkfst burrito on high fiber tortilla
1/2 turkey sand on double fiber bread (do you see a trend here?) 1/2 apple
2 sm slices pot roast, 1/4 c mashed potatoes, green beans
1 protein coffee, 4 FF, SF lattes, 100 oz water
BTW, I'm down 2 lbs from Monday!

Good for you Susan! Protein, high fiber, veggies and liquids - hmm, you may have discovered something. 
Yesterday was a disaster. Cottage cheese, fruit and Kashi was about all I could muster, Oh yeah - coffee went down just fine.
Today
B - cottage cheese, fruit & Kashi
L - out with my friend, probablychicken & salad
S - apple & pb
D - chicken & green beans?

Yesterday I had my usual protein coffee for breakfast. I have switched to1/2 caff. and I'm working on caffeine free.
Lunch was 1/2 bowl of Wendy's chili
Supper I ate a 1/2 cup of chicken cachiatore
then I splurged and had 1/2 a chocolate chip cookie hot out of the oven with 1/2 cup guilt free vanilla ice cream on top. yum.

You go, girl! I have to eat 6 times a day or my blood sugar bottoms out.
B - grits, cheese
S - pineapple
L - tuna sandwich
S - carrots/celery and a cheese stick
D - chicken wings, 1/2 baked potato, green beans
S - SF ice cream

Finished the last of the chicken vegetable soup this morning. I have a crock pot full of chili simmering.
The fewer choices I give myself, the better I eat. And since everything has no taste at present, I figured I'd forego the choices and maybe lose a few pounds.
I'm just keeping on keeping on.
