The SS Neversink sets sail on Monday, complete with a side excursion!!!

Good morning and Happy New Year!

Yes, it's the first of the new year and the beginning of a new decade. Here's wishing everyone a healthy, happy and successful one! 

Sine this is a weekend, I'm giving everyone ONE last chance to get all of the holiday goodies out of the house, shop for HEALTHY food, and get ready for the SS Neversink to set sail bright and early Monday morning. Who's joining us sailing this boat together???

The side excursion I mentioned is for those who want/need/have to really get back on track by doing the 5 day pouch test. This is an optional side trip,that will have a  separate thread for those who wish to travel down that canal. I'll repost Nancy's instructions for what this involves in another thread.
