I've been thinking it was Sunday a day early. Hot Dam! I have one more day. . . .but I am going to get myself in the "mode" today. Nathan and Kristin leave this morning and I'm sending carb leftovers with them. I will be working possibly 4 days this week so no excuses. I can take my liquid stuff with me and mix it at school. I actually like the first 2 days as it's real precise. Can't play any "It's kind of healthy" tricks with myself. And no ice cream does not qualify as a liquid even if I let it melt first! By the time I get to Jan's on Friday I'll be ready to share some healthy eating with her!

Guess I better in for the short excursion...
I hope this boat is sailing into my size 12 harbor. I tried to wear my size 12 jeans.. well, I packed the wrong size. I had to leave them unfastened and hidden by my sweater.
I've printed out the program one day at a time.. and I'm taking it to work to post on my wall for me to look at all day... I've got all my protein drinks in packages at work. I've some here, too... so I'll be ready.
How can I do protein in my Starbucks coffee? How about boullion?
I'm stuffing myself today... guess it's just a head thing in fear I won't eat for two days... sheesh.. I needed brain surgery.

I mix a couple of pumps of SF syrup, a couple of Splenda, a bit of milk and 1 tbs vanilla protein powder up in a little Rubbermaid container, you know, like the size you put salad dressing in? Then I just pour it into my coffee, and TADA....protein coffee!
