Good morning Crew and passengers all!  Today is the New Year's first voyage of this boat we're all sailing on together. We may not see all the sights, but by gosh, we're all here to help and support each other on this journey, right?

I'll post the side excursion, aka 5 day pouch test on a separate thread for those who are doing that. I guess I need to clear up a misconception about me doing the 5dpt.  I'm only facilitating that thread, being 10 days away from big plastic surgery is NOT the time for me to be doing that. I'm just the cheerleader and wish all of those taking that little side trip the best of luck. We're all here to support and help you any way we can!

Thanks again to Nancy for posting the instructions. I'll cut and paste them as the 5 days proceed.

Mondays are always a challenge to get everything in. I am on the go all day and evening. so planning is essential.

B - cottage cheese & fruit
Planning:
L - pork & broccoli
D - cottage cheese & fruit
S ? may not have time

I will try harder to drink some water.

B- oatmeal with blueberries

L- Shrimp soup

D- Chili with cheese and a few oyster crackers

S- Grapes and orange slices

2 coffee with milk
2 protein 4   oz.  milk and 4 oz water for each one.......so far so good    Doris QC.
