Hello everyone

I made a gallon of crystal lite which I use to mix with my fuzzy navel protein as well as drink plain.  I am on my way tredding water with the rest of you.  If I get to day three I will feel like I have made it into the boat.

Well, back home from work and here's what I "ate"

3 Protein shakes (1 with 1%) but no more.
About 10 oz of fat free chicken broth

I have ta tell ya all  I AM STARVING!!!!!  hee hee 

But I feel pretty good, and happy that.... so far so good!!

I am also feeling happy to be back hanging out whitch youse alls....

Go TEAM!!!!!!

Okay, I'll do this one more time.. the other one got lost.

$4 for coffee
Jay Robb protein powder 110 calories, no carbs
$4 for coffee
cup of tomato soup
$4 for coffee
cup of french onion soup
cup of Theraflu (apple and cinnamon flavored)

I'm not hungry.  Did I do okay?

The scale said 160 this morning and 161 tonight...

Of course the scale was up.  You always weigh more in the pm.  Fluid Fluid Fluid.  You will be fine in the morning.

I have had protein drinks

Yep, I agree, it's that damn evening scale. I weighed in the evening before just to torture myself and by golly, it worked! I was tortured and felt like *#@!!$# I always weigh at least 2 lbs more in pm.
