Ahoy 5 DPT passengers. How you doin'?
Jan, Sticking to day one sounds like a workable plan to me, cause.......The honey man and I went down the hill today to return a Christmas gift. We talked about what he wanted for brunch. Joe's Crab Shack got his vote. Across the street from the mall we went. I had soup....okay bad soup, clam chowder. Yup, day one is going to work sooner or later, I will stay strong, I will, I will. I hope I will. The crackers went out with the trash today, not going to buy any more. I don't eat ice cream any more, the runs start almost as soon as I put the spoon down. I really am happy with lots of veggies, put fresh lemon juice on top, and chew away. Small amount of lean meat, chicken,or fish, Water is my drink . Fresh fruit of any kind. That menu makes me happy.
Put a mile on the bike for me please, we have to much snow on the ground to take a long walk. We are hoping the white stuff is all melted in a day or two, cabin fever isn't nice. We enjoyed driving down the hill today, didn't stay long , I forgot to put the snow chains in the truck , we didn't want to get caught off the hill after dark, the melted snow makes for blac**** scary stuff.
She ya later, Your sistah, Peg
