Hi Susan
today went ok...protein shake breakfast, lunch and dinner and another one for late nite snack.  Kept a bottle of Sobe Zero water open at all times.  I'll be doing Day 2 tomorrow and so far, no cravings or side effects from carb withdrawal.  Fortunately, I drink only Decaf coffee so caffeine withdrawal is not an issue.  Now all I gotta do is pick up the exercise ball again.  Anyone wanna play catch? ;-)

Starting back at the gym is on my agenda for next week after I get back from California. Hopefully I'll get lots of walking in while I'm down in southern Cal! Trying to talk myself into going to the gym at 5am like I used to. I substitute aide in the schools and they call in the mornings but not usually until about 7am. I could be at the gym and back before that. Can't think of any other excuses!
