This is day 3 for me.  I get to eat real food.  I am making the Tuna Patties. Can I eat those for the day or just for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner.  Then if I am hungry I would eat the 4th. one.  Would appreciate any input at this point. Thanks.    Doris QC.

 I missed the boat due to having to go see my doctor for my second all day appointment and have to go down a day early.  I also really have a date which is Jan 24th and have to lose 5 lbs by then. He took most of the fluid out of my band because I was having so much trouble..  

B- 1 T PB
S- 1 chocolate EAS protein drink
L- 1 chocolate EAS protein drink
S-not sure maybe 1-2 string cheese 2% fat
D- pinto beans
S- 1 EAS

Good morning.....horrible day eating yesterday....lots of stress and too many nasty carbs last night....I am doing much better today!!

YESTERDAY.......

B-Protein Drink
S-turkey bites (like beef sticks)
L-Homemade Chicken Skinny Soup (Very Thick!!)
S-Chicken 'n  Biscuit Crackers (8)
D-beef roast w/ baby carrots and onions
S-trail mix (off and on while watching TV.....naughty)

my boat seems to be on rocky seas, i am SO SO frustrated.
what is wrong with me
i need a good kick in the you know what

Hi there can I jump aboard!!!!! I have my shape up boating shoes on!!!!! 
I had a 1.2 protien bar
1 carton oflight yogurt
an omega bar
2 tacos alfresco from taco bell
 total of 600 for the whole day and I am not hungry and 1.2 cup of starbucks.
I also baked all day and didnt try anything not how is that for will power.
We baked Jewsih Challah bread 2 loaves
A cranberry crumb cake
Banana bread sugarless
Chocolate chip cookies sugarless
Mint Chocolate chip cookies
A turkey breast
and something else and I cant remember what it was and we are taking it all down to Ft lauderdale on Sunday and I wont eat it then either!!!!!
carla I am bound and determined to loose this last 15 pounds!!!!! I have now lost 17 of the 30 I have  gained!!!!! 15 to go!!!!!
