I'm new to posting to this thread but I need feedback to see if I'm eating as I should ^_^ So yesterday was:
B Protein shake
S 2-string cheese, 8oz Peach yogurt Lite
L 1c 2% cottage cheese, Quaker Peanut Butter protein bar
S Protein shake
D 4oz chicken breast, 1/2c cooked squash
S 2in SF cherry pie
total calories 1245, Protein 134.8
Today so far:
B Protein shake
(All day-decaf coffee with SF creamer/Splenda or Sobe 0 cal water)
S string cheese
L 2 1/2oz chicken, 1/2c 2%cottage cheese
S Protein shake
D ???
Any feedback on menu plan would be greatly appreciated!
