WE AREN'T SINKING!!!  THE CAPT'N ISN'T GOING DOWN WITH THE SHIP!!!

But boy, I'm not sure she'll turn this vessel over to the Cruise Director, again!!

I've had a great time sailing with you while the Capt'n has been 'infirmarized' but she's taking over the navigation again.

I hope you've enjoyed our little cruise while she's been gone and gotten to see some great places.

While I'm sure we've gained a few pounds, it was my sincere hope that our little adventures would make you smile. 

An adventure is only as good as you make it.  Please take the time to make adventures in your life. It's too short not to.  An adventure doesn't have to be any farther than your grocery store looking at labels to make 'faraway' food for one night. They don't have to be costly or time consuming but ADVENTURESOME!!

So, as I leave you all to disembark, only to embark on my own little vacation Saturday, to Montego Bay, Georgetown, GrandCaymans, and Cozumel, please know that you have all been fun this week!!

Cap'tn, the passengers are ready for the repositioning cruise.

As I stand on the pier waving frantically!!!  Can you hear me yelling "BON VOYAGE"? 

TAKE IT, CAPT'N!!!  They're CREW now!!!  Make'em work!!!

Alright Crew, where in the heck is everyone?  Did you think that I wouldn't notice that over half of you have gone AWOL???  Just cause I'm not here, doesn't mean I can't read!  You guys know better.

Good Morning Capt'n

Yesterday I had

B - egg beaters, steak, potato

L - black beans and rice

D - ground turkey and pasta

Started late with breakfast and never caught up. I only had a little over 800 calories.  The protein/carb/fat ratio was good though.

A Resounding , Thank you, O' mighty cruise director. We sailed the ocean blue, with you. We climbed , we zipped, danced, reclined, ate good stuff, and had a blast. Now, take you to the pier this week-end, sail on . Store up all your adventures for us stay at home sailors. We will be waiting to hear all the detail's. See you later, dear Red.

Hello Janet.....you have done a terrific job as cruise director in Susan's absence. It has been fun reading about our adventures. Sorry I couldn't post everyday as I had family here.

WELCOME BACK SUSAN....our fearless leader!!

Yesterday.....

B-eggs and bacon (2 each)
L-High Protein Drink
S-naughty....Hershey kisses!!! (Sent the rest home with the kids and all the other chips and snacks!)
D-hamburger pattie and green beans
S- yogurt w/ Kashi

OOOPPPSSS, The note to the ( Cruise Director ) completely redirected my thought process.

Yesterdays menu.

B & L, Combined:

fresh tomato

fresh carrot

fresh califlower

leftover grilled lean beef

Lemon Juice 

Dinner:

over fried chicken, 1 small tenderloin 

fresh veggies

Lemon Juice 

cut up apple, small bites

What a wonderful week reading of the travels...actually looked up several mentioned places on Google Earth LOL  Thank you Janet for the entertainment...and welcome back Susan!!

Today was a good day...busy but still made time to eat properly ....I think!

B  Protein drink  (35g protein)
L  cottage cheese w/3oz cheddar cheese
S  Protein drink  (25g protein)
D  homemade veggie soup w/2oz chicken, 8 saltine crackers
S not sure...maybe an orange or a 6oz lite yogurt

now if I can just do this well every day! LOL
