But boy, I'm not sure she'll turn this vessel over to the Cruise Director, again!!
I've had a great time sailing with you while the Capt'n has been 'infirmarized' but she's taking over the navigation again.
I hope you've enjoyed our little cruise while she's been gone and gotten to see some great places.
While I'm sure we've gained a few pounds, it was my sincere hope that our little adventures would make you smile.
An adventure is only as good as you make it. Please take the time to make adventures in your life. It's too short not to. An adventure doesn't have to be any farther than your grocery store looking at labels to make 'faraway' food for one night. They don't have to be costly or time consuming but ADVENTURESOME!!
So, as I leave you all to disembark, only to embark on my own little vacation Saturday, to Montego Bay, Georgetown, GrandCaymans, and Cozumel, please know that you have all been fun this week!!
Cap'tn, the passengers are ready for the repositioning cruise.

leftover grilled lean beef

Dinner:
over fried chicken, 1 small tenderloin
fresh veggies

cut up apple, small bites
AND ALL OUR HERO'S
Today was a good day...busy but still made time to eat properly ....I think!
B Protein drink (35g protein)
L cottage cheese w/3oz cheddar cheese
S Protein drink (25g protein)
D homemade veggie soup w/2oz chicken, 8 saltine crackers
S not sure...maybe an orange or a 6oz lite yogurt
now if I can just do this well every day! LOL
