Here we go sailing into the weekend!  What are your plans, and how are you incorporating your good food choices into them?

Remember the  6 P's:
                  
                    Poor planning promotes pi** poor performance!

Yes, it's true and we all know it!  So, what are you going to do?

Gary's training for a 1/2 marathon so has requested a high carb dinner before his 8 mile run tomorrow. I'm cooking tuna casserole for him, and will probably make a couple of tuna patties for myself. Pasta and I just don't get along too well.

Here's yesterday;:

latte

greek yogurt/lf granola

1/2 baked potato w/ leftover bbq pork

applesauce w/ cottage cheese

white chicken chili

applesauce/lf granola

Aye, Aye, Capt'n.

I leave in the morning for Galveston so I'm here to tell you, I'll probably be on a SEE FOOD diet.

I'll do my best to make good choices... fact is, there is sooo much food, it's easier to pick and choose good choices. At home, I find myself limited to what's in the cupboard... but there is always PIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE!!

I had coffee yesterday
cup of soup Morrocan Bean
2 oz cup of tuna
Fuzzy Ta****rawfish)
1/2 c of Barracho beans
About four swigs of a margarita (it was frozen so I didn't drink all of it)

That was it for me for the day.

Pasta doesn't like me either.

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - out with my friend
D - turkey meatballs, meat sauce & green beans
S - SF pumpkin pudding

B  hot chocolate protein drink w/ skim milk powder

S   banana

 

L   salmon w/ a bit of non-fat mayo

    6 rice crackers

S   tangerine

D   1/2 chicken thigh

     cucumbers & tomatoes

S  bowl of homemade soup

Good morning Susan....

Yesterday....

B-scrambled eggs with cheese
L-High Protein Drink
S-SF pudding
D-roast beef and baby carrots  (I made a roast beef dinner to take to my BFF that had  foot surgery.....today her request is Tator Tot Hotdish/Casserole....I don't eat that so a good choice to make for her!!)
S-White Cheddar Popcorn....one small bowl

Morning Susan and all

yesterday went sooo well until late nite...then I caved and got into the tortilla chips...amazing how my head can still convince me I'm hungry :-(

Yesterday's food intake:

B  protein shake
L  1.5c homemade veggie soup w/1.5oz chicken, 6 saltine crackers
S  GNC Lean Shake protein drink
D  2c homemade veggie soup w/2oz chicken, 6 saltine crackers (think this is finally 'done' LOL)
S  Quaker protein bar
s  too many tortilla chips :-(  need to throw these things out!

today is a new day...will try to keep myself on the positive side...good news is I'm back on the tread mill...2.5miles last nite in 45 min :-)  Working my way up to 6 miles...Bay to Breakers marathon in May..gonna walk the 10k!

Good Morning Capt'n and maties

Today is sunny and cold.  Might get bundled up and take a walk.

yesterday I ate

B - Oatmeal
L - Grilled chicken and mixed veggies
D - baked chicken tenders, mashed califlower, and spinach
S - Oatmega bar

I am eating low glycemic carbs and finding it hard to get my 1200 calories in.  I seem to be getting only 1000.  Amazing how good calorie foods are more filling than high calorie, no nutrition ones.  Who'd  a thunk?
