Good morning one and all. It's going to be a beautiful day here in AR, might get out this afternoon for a walk around the block. Might......lol

Here's yesterday:

sandwich thin w/ lf cream cheese and deli ham

cottage cheese w/ applesauce

leftover brown rice and chicken

1/2 apple

'fried" rice, egg foo yung

applesauce w/ lf granola and cool whip

B-High Protein Drink
L-mock crab salad and crackers
S-Pure Protein Bar
D-turkey and mixed veggie
S-small bag of potato chips...UGH!!

Good morning

It is a crisp sunny day in SE Texas.  Took friends to the airport at 8:00 this morning.  Had an appt. with trainer at 10:00 so just went straight to gym afterwards.  got there at 8:30 and got on the recumbant bike.  An hour later my trainer suggested I wait until tomorrow to do the weights since I had been there so long.  I must admit I am glad  I did.  I am tired now

Yesterday I ate

B - steel cut oatmeal
L - salmon, stir fried veggies and brown rice
D - Grilled chicken lf cheese and fruit
S - lf cheese and rice crackers

Yesterday:

nothing to exciting,

coffee, tea,water,grilled steak. fresh veggies

Green beans, fresh grape tomato &green onion salad.A few slices of meat.

Didn't get the applesauce in yesterday, headed that way right now.

Yesterday was so-so...boring at work but didn't walk the plank to waters unknown ;-)  At least not until I got home from work....too many snacks and not enough protein...but I did get my 2mi walk on the treadmill...so hopefully that'll off-set some of the extra carbs ;-)


B  protein shake w/almond milk w 1/4c raspberries
S 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese
L  3 Jenni-O turkey meatballs w/1tbl bbq, 2oz cheddar cheese
S  Quaker chocolate swirl protein bar, 1oz cheese
D  3oz chicken breast, 2oz cheddar cheese
S  4 Murray SF vanilla cream wafers
BedSnack  Quaker  chocolate mint protein bar


You brought up your SF applesauce a couple of days ago..reminded me that last year hubby made up some with red delicious apples...put a couple of tubs in the freezer...gotta get those out!!  Really sounds good right now LOL
Have a great day....and you must be doing very well to feel up to taking a walk!!  Way to go Lady ^_^
