Good morning!  Here we are half way through the week already. How's your boat sailing?  I'm just trying to hang in there until I go back to work. Being around the house is too tempting, especially when I don't have things to keep me occupied other than food. I know you know what I'm talking about. Good old mindless eating!  AGHHHHHHHHHH

Here's yesterday:

latte

greek yogurt w/ lf granola

applesauce w/ cottage cheese

healthy choice chicken verde

Zone protein bar

stuffed chicken breast, sweet potato, green beans

applesauce w/ lf granola

latte

Ok, there ya go.  Hows bout you?

Yesterday was thankfully busy.

B-L: , fresh veggies

coffee

sliced grilled steak

Dinner:, Fish Caviche, is that how you spell it? yummy good .

Need to drink more water.

Will be staying home today, liquid( Will) happen today.

Going to float my boat.

Yesterday I had

B - Steel cut oatmeal with a little fruit and agave to sweeten
L - pasta with ground turkey meat sauce
S - trail mix
D - baked chicken strips
S-  apple

Did my exercise and got my water in.  All in all a good day

Yesterday....

Not even going to post my eating....some good ... some not so good....it is all mixed up.

I will try once again to do better today.

Morning everyone
yesterday was an odd day....didn't eat much, meaning no mid-meal snacks...that is odd for me LOL

B  protein shake w/almond milk w/1/4c raspberries
L  1/2c 2% cottage cheese, Quaker chocolate swirl protein bar
D  3oz steak, 1/4c corn kernals, 1/2c yellow & green squash
S  apple with 2tbs PB
BedS  Quaker chocolate mint protein bar

a pot of decaf coffee, all day; 40oz Sobe flavored water; all vitamins and walked on the treadmill for an hour @ 2.5mph=2miles 9_9
A pretty good day all in all ^_^
Planning on today being as good if not better!

Susan, I made your Applesauce today , Yummy. It is cooling now, we will enjoy with dinner tonight.
