Morning Crew!
Just sailing along here, not a lot going on, which can be a good thing! I weighed myself and am back down to my pre-surgery weight. I"m still quite "puffy", and the nurse told me yesterday to give it at least a month for it to clear out.
Yesterday was NUTS. Didn't anticipate Gary's doctor's appointment lasting 2 1/2 hours, so I skipped lunch, didn't take enough water with me, so played catch up after we got home. Geeeeeez I hate to have to do that. Oh well.....

Well my carbs are outta whack today, the office put out a fruit spread for my birthday, given they really planned well I wish I had planned my other stuff I brought with me for the rest of the day better.

Yesterday wasn't too bad..even accommendated a wonderful slice of 5-meat pizza for dinner. Hubby added mushrooms and olives...yum yum but boy, was I full.
B Protein shake w/almond soy..(decided I'm not really liking the almond flavor)
S 2sl cheddar cheese
L 3 Jenni-o turkey meatballs w 1tbl BBQ sauce
S 1/2c 2% cottage cheese
D 1/6 slice, 2", 5-meat pizza with mushrooms and olives
mini snack at jewelry party-1oz cubed ham pieces
S Quaker protein chocolate mint bar
Bedsnack Slim fast protein drink (needed more protein!)
