SS Neversink. Sailing on Sunday
Good morning all!! Today is a new day in my plan and I'm going to do better!! So far this morning, I've had:
Several cups of coffee
Oatmeal with 1/2 tsp sf caramel topping
3 slices bacon
Plans for remainder of day:
L-chef salad
1/2 applecrisp apple
S-1/2 Banana
D-3 oz. steak-cheese omelet(I love occasional breakfast for dinner)
S-probably one of our late night favorites while watching t.v.,....Popcorn

today was out of whack..numbers should look worse than they do...just on the run all day..hit and miss with meals. Started out ok but my day gets all messed up when I sleep in as late as I did today (9:30am)..but it was sure nice for a change! LOL
B 2 softboiled eggs w/1sl Ukrain Bread (only 60 cal!)
S Quaker protein bar
L 3 slices deli ham
S Quaker protein bar
D 3.5oz turkey patty w/1tbs ketsup, 1/4c corn, 1/2c asparagus w/2tbs mayo
S 2" sl SF cherry pie w/cool whip
short on water/fluids..gotta work that back up tomorrow but did get all vitamins in..that's a plus ^_^ No excersize except for walking thru stores and that is slow cus DH is still recovering for knee replacement surgery.
