Here's my yesterday.
latte
bkfst scramble: turkey sausage, a bit of potato, onion all cooked up with an egg on top.
Mexican shrimp ****tail----jumbo shrimp in a sauce of diced onion, tomato and avocado---YUMMMMM
protein bar
leftover chicken and rice casserole, asparagus
applesauce/ lf granola and cool whip
That's my story and I'm sticking with it!

I'll start the report by saying yesterday was a wash.I could leave it there, but this is all about accountabilite so , here goes.
Brunch- Went to a Mexican Brunch, had mostly meat, 1/2 a cheese enchilada, Small piece of pineapple, sliced small.3 bites of a lemon cheesecake, Ice Tea. After that I was painfully stuffed, and so done. Drove the honey man home. Got back in the truck, went shopping . Going to a baby shower at 2:00.
Food at the shower. Baked Lasagna, beautiful salad, french bread, had a few bites of each.
Party games: Name the candy...I won three large boxes of candy,shades of my past, that I could name all the candies. Gave all that ( crap away).
The day continues: about 8:00 . Dried Tomato & soda crackers.
Today is a new day. I can look back at yesterday and remember the fun we had at the shower. Being with lots of young ladies was a joy.

Anyway so far:
breakfast -- Wt. control oatmeal made with skim milk and a very small banana
snack - carbmaster yogurt
lunch - sandwich with 3 slices of deli turkey on low fat high fibre bread
an orange
dinner - 1/2 cup of turkey taco meat, lettuce, 1 tbsp shredded cheese
snack 1/2 cup homemade protein ice cream
(on MySpace, MSN, Web pages, Blogs...)

Tomorrow morning I have oral surgery and will probably be on soft foods for awhile. I bought some sweet potatoes yesterday I plan to eat them instead of mashed white potatoes. I see jello in my future also.
Man, am I glad to be back at work....control comes back and hands stay busy...brain doesn't fixate on food. today is going good so far:
B Protein shake w/1/4c blueberries
S 3sl deli turkey ham
L 3 Jenni-o turkey meatballs w/1tbs catsup
S 1/2c 2% cottage cheese
D still up in the air..may be turkey patty or chicken breast but definitely with fresh asparagus ^_^
