So it's Wednesday already....wowzers!
I went back to work yesterday and thankfully I kept to a better eating schedule. I still didn't get in snacks in the morning or afternoon, but at least I got lunch in...lol

It's a before 1pm Calif time so thought I would jump in and post...the day is going good and the sunshine is fabulous!
B protein shake w/ 1/4c blueberries w/splenda
S 1/2c 2% cottage cheese
L 4sl turkey ham deli w/1tbs strawberry cream cheese (these are my new favorites!)
S Slim Fast chocolate shake
D not sure yet, but maybe taco bell original beef taco w/ 1/2c pinto beans
S maybe apple w/PB
If I stick to this, it should be a good day ;-)
Waiting for the blizzard back east...guess you all are hunkering down?
