Good morning y'all!
Just barely time for a quick howdy this morning. Packing for my trip to see my daughters today. But I just had to share that the scale moved down another pound today! Hooray! Just over 25 pounds total now. It's coming off slowly, but it IS coming off!

Told you it would happen. Follow the program and you will melt away. What does the tape measure say? Continued success. Have fun trip with your daughters. Watch out what you eat going out. Soup is good, but no creamy kinds. Are you using small plates? Got rid of all my big dinner plates. Use salad size for all meals. This little trick helps with control portion. Even after 7 yrs this is a major tool.Drink tha****er and pee the fat away. Monica

Good Morning OFF family
I am off to the gym in a few minutes and other than that not much. Tomorrow I clean out my office since I can't see the counter tops. Other than that I just want to enjoy the outdoors a little since spring has sprung big time and all the flowers are blooming. It won't be long before it gets too hot and they will shrivel up and die.

It's nearly 1 p.m. and I'm just getting on here. Didn't get out of bed til nearly 11:30 ... I was really tired last night and then, of course, had problems sleeping ... kept waking up sweating, again. But I did sleep for eight hours, on and off. It was so cool last night when I left work, but there's so much pollen out there, I can't open my windows, so I've got the air on ... and yet, I'm hot all the time. I think I seriously must talk about getting back on HRT, which I've been avoiding.
Work was busy but peaceful last night, since I didn't do the dreaded Monroe sports ... but I'm back on it tonight and most of next week, too ... ugh! But at least I have two days off in a row next week. So that's good.
Oh well, not much else is new. Have a good one.

It is afternoon but I will try to get this computer to do something but freeze up. I bribed Tom with four 1/2 moon cookies to work on this machine. Well, he ate the cookies but didn't touch the computer. Next time, they stay hidden until after the work is done.
I am going to a different swim class today. A friend said it is more lively and they exercise to golden oldies. We didn't have an instructor yesterday so we had our own session to music. It was hopping good fun.
Since I can't remember what I planned to say to each posting ... a big hug to all. Darned CRS gets me every time.

Good evening Laureen and everyone...
Finally I have a moment to check in. I just can't seem to get on my computer these last couple days. I watched Grace yesterday from 7:30AM until 9:30 PM when I finally got her to sleep. Jamie had to work both her jobs. 8-5 at the new one and 6-11 at the other. Grace's dad was supposed to pick her up at 6 last night. He had a fever and a cold so all my plans changed. Needless to say I was exhausted....grace never wears out! I had a hard time getting to sleep last night. I finally managed to sleep about 1:00 AM.....of course Grace got up at 5:30 this morning....no sleeping in for Nana. Grace still need to get used to me being here and not a constant playmate at all times. Makes it hard for me to get much of my own things done! Oh well....it will work out....love the little spitfire!!!
This weekend I plan on getting out and doing something. Jamie doesn't wor****il late on Sunday at her old job. Travis should have Grace. Nic is always busy with friends.
