It's Friday, what are y'all doing?
Eileen...can you drink milk? That is supposed to help you sleep...also how about some lavender? I know that you are sensitive to smells but maybe you could try it? Have you ever tried chamomiele tea? And I just saw a commercial for ben gay cold to use for pain!!! Now that I am going to look for and try it and see if that helps my pain!!! Wish there were some magic trick I could give you to help ease your pain and suffering!!
By the way did you know that the Quaker Factory woman died? Just saw that on QVC the other night...so sad.
HUGS
Yes, I heard Jeanne Bice died. Supposedly she had ovarian cancer. She was a neat lady. I liked her clothes a lot and I just liked watching her. She always talked about "pulling yourself up by your bra straps." It was something that stuck with me.
Oh OK I was wondering what was wrong with her when they said she passed away...I don't really watch enough QVC but that night I just happened to be changing channels and it caught my eye on the clothes and it happened to be Quaker Factory...the top they were showing wasn't in my size that was left...oh well...
So did you see the commercial for the ben gay cold rub? Think you could try that and see if it helps? I am going to look for it tomorrow and see if it helps me. Rick said he would also try it on him.
Hope you have better luck sleeping...I take the tylenol PM and that works most of the time for me.
HUGS
As for the Tylenol PM, I take vicodin at night, and that already has Tylenol, so I don't want to take any more tylenol. Anyway, that stuff is basically just tylenol and benadryl, and sometimes at night when I'm having the itchies, I'll take a benadryl, which helps (sometimes) to make me sleepy.
I like Quacker Factory stuff a lot, but it can get pricey. Haven't bought the stuff for a long time. I remember buying it when I was a 3X ... then 2x, 1x, xl, large, then finally medium. I was selling the stuff on eBay as I outgrew it.
Yeah and you also gave me some of those Quaker Factory clothes that you shrunk out of...and I loved them!!! :-)
Ok on the tylenol pm...understand why you wouldn't want to take them with the vicodin...but some nights I take the vicodin early enough that I still take the tylenol pm so I can sleep better. Vicodin doesn't even touch my pain anymore...sighs...
