Saturday
Good Morning Jane and OFF,
I am up and waiting for a call from my boss as to whether I am needed in work today or not. She said she would call by 9:30. I am hoping I don't have to go in, becaise I need to do some packing today.
I wasn't on yesterday, because I was so sick, and I was at work longer than I had hoped. I am supposed to wor****il 12:30, but ended up there till 2:30. Plus, I was sleep deprived and my doc changed up my meds a little. I was a wreck when I got home from work, and went to bed.
Today is up in the air. If I go to work, I will probably come home and crash. If not, I will pack and hit a meeting at 2:00.
Regardless, I will watch the Phillies this afternoon. They were on too late to watch the past two nights.
Hugs,
Trish

Ok, now, enough about me......so much going on with my OFF friends. Both good & bad...I love reading when good/happy things come your way and pray for the difficult days we all face. Everyone take care, have a wonderful relaxed but fun Saturday and keep hydrated in this heat.

Just came in from taking my Roxie girl for a nice long walk to tire her out and get some physcial motion in before I head out for my busy day.
I stayed up late last nigh****ching House Hunters International, I do enjoy watching those shows, nice to imagine what it would be like to have a home in a beautiful foreign land, though there is really so much beauty here in our own land. . . the Roxie girl was very demanding this mornlng, poked her head in between my arm and ribcage for affection and was quite insistent that I wake up and give it to her, she is quite a trip in the mornings, oh well, I have to take a quick shower, then head out to meet with some friends before the Barix First Saturday Support group meeting, after that I will try to get a mani/pedi because I seriously need one and then run some errands and relax before going to my women's AA home group tonight. Those are my plans for the day, hope you all have a good one.
Sending out thoughts of healing for Grammylew, Connie and prayers for peace and strength for all having to face living challenges. Peace to Julia and her family at this very sad time.
Hugs, Laureen
My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

I just woke up....Man when a person is used to getting up at 4 or 430 and they sleep until 8 , it is hard to get up LOL
I have cleaning galore to do today , wish I had something fun oinstead to do but noooooooooooooo. this place needs a mop and broom :) .
Drinking my flavored coffee and dreaming of far away places like Laureen and wishing I was there already ..
We wish our lives away dont we? Nice to dream sometimes though when we have the day to day all the time and nothing different in between.
My sweety commutes and hour and a half to work each day and is seeking something in this PODUNK town due to distance ,gas etc...
He had lots of education and qualifications but in this day and time it it tough no matter what you have ...We are thankful he has a job as so many dont but sure praying for one much closer . He has communted for 7 years now at the same ( BUSINESS MANAGER for a group of DR's ) but the drive is just so much ..
I hate asking for prayers of this nature when so many have much more serious isuses and need them worse but I do think GOD is big enough he can help us all.
Connie , hope your better and Mag ,praying for you too ..
Eileen , MORNING and sending up a few for you in your job search as well.
Hugs to all the rest of you sleeping beauties who havent signed on yet ...MORNING JUDY way up there in Ohio :)
