Do you have Fibromyalgia....I thought you did...if so that could be the pain you are suffering. You are under so much stress and that is what triggers Fibro....it can flare up anywhere!!
Sorry the people in your complex are such idiots and have no respect for others. Doesn't sound like anyone monitors the pool activities. There should be posted rules and also letters sent to all tenants as to what will be allowed and what won't. If the management gets reports about certain tenants/family members they should not be allowed in the pool. One warning and after that out for the season. Pretty simple. Each family should only be allowed up to two guests and the person that is on the lease should be there supervising their guests. This is how our pool was run.....never had any problems....rules were strictly followed. Good Luck....maybe they need new Management!!!

Connie pain dr says no I do NOT have fibro...its arthritis...that is what shows up in the xrays...what do I know? All I know is I hurt!!
As for the pool...Each apartment gets ONE guest. HAHAHA like that happens!!! We have so many people here that are new we have no idea who lives here and who doesn't!! Rick is in charge of the pool and gets no where with people helping him out so what can he do? He is a little guy and no back up when the other maintenace guys go home. Unless I am here with him he is alone. Manager sends outaletter BEFORE pool opens for the season and in it it states what the rules are and all but who obeys the rules around here but me and Rick? Even the manager breaks the flipping rules!!! You are to be 17 unless with an adult in the pool...her daughter is what 13 give or take...nope nobody older with her and her friends!!! One of the maintenance guys threw them out and she went right to mommy!!! All hell broke out over that one...OMG!!!! Any how we are trying to figure out a new plan for next year to get this pool under control!!!! Thinking wrist bands or something!!!! No and no pool!!! HAHAHA
Anyhow heard that the woman she has working on saturdays is getting evicted...so looks like that job might be opening up again...going to talk to my general manager about getting saturdays off so I can have that job that was offered to me in the first place and HR never gave me an answer if I could have the saturdays off or not!!! GRRRRRRR So I am going over her head now!!! Need to get this job so we can make ends meet on getting rent paid!!!

Hope you get the job....I worry about you overdoing it...you have so much pain. When did you get your labs done last?? The pain is real....there must be a reason for it. Please take good care of yourself.

Management backs him up but the way she acts its like everything is one big joke to her...take that dam dog that hurt Buddy...its still here!!! Was supposed to be OFF the property soon as the quarentine was over with..hahaha its STILL here and still mean as ever if not more so!!!!!!!!!!!! Speaking of dogs here...when I just had Bandit out the one in front of our building other end that "refuse" to put it on a leash when its out...I nicely told "him" to put it on a leash. He said she is ok. I said this place DOES HAVE A LERASH RULE AND YOU NEED TO PUT HER ON A LEASH WHEN ITS OUTSIDE!!!! He said this is private property and I don't have to do that!! I said YES YOU DO!!!! He said PROVE IT!!!! I told him there was also a state law that dogs had to be on a leash and he again said to PROVE IT!!! Then I said I could call the police and have them come and "explain" the leash laws to him. He said fine! And told me to get out of his face!!! I kept walking away and then called Rick and told him what happened. He called Loraine and she came out and I saw her and I told her waht happened and she was on her way over there to AGAIN tell him to KEPP THAT DOG ON A LEASH!!! He told me she never told him he had to do that. She ha told him and his sister numerous times!!!! So if I see that dog off leash again, I WILL call the police and ask them to tell these IDIOTS about the leash LAW!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I am so fed up with all these idiots with these large dogs that they let loose and think "nothing" will happen!!!!!

I know how you hate moving but is there anyway you can find a different place to live? Sounds like that definitely isn't a safe place for any of you!!

Connie we looked at several places before we moved into this one and believe me others are DUMPS and looked like made over cheap motels!!!! others we can't afford or they do not take dogs. I will NOT get rid of Bandit for anyone!!! This IS a nice place just a few that THINK they can get away with things. Loraine is trying to get them to listen and it is working...not over night but it IS working. As for HER daughter...well that is another story....sighs. As a matter of fact I saw a Uhaul truck moving one of the "bad" people out today...wooohooo!!!!! So its working...just like I said...takes some time but all it takes is hanging in there.
Rick came home for lunch and he said the jerk argued with her last night.....He was out today with the dog ON A LEASH!!! HAHAHAA So another one finally listens!!!
