Combating Regain - Plan of Action - What's Yours?
Happy Monday Friends,
Well the rain here in my area yesterday greened everything up and that is a good thing, also gave me a good workout via heavy housecleaning yesterday.
So these are my plans for the week:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 1 hour at the gym, elliptical, treadmill, stepper for no less than 50 minutes and upper body weight training Tuesday and Thursday.
Prepped food for my week and brought in a cooler of healthy foods to meet my body's fuel needs and doing my best to eat what is planned and if I deviate at all, trying to keep it as healthy as possible.
Attending and participating in support this week via OH and at Barix.
Those are my plans, how are you planning to maintain or continue to pursue your weightloss goals?

Last night, I prepared all my work food for the week, breakfast, lunch and snacks. I've got chicken marinating for dinner and healthy dinners planned for the week.
Tonight is elliptical (4-5 miles) plus weight lifting. Tuesday will be either elliptical or swimming depending how I feel after work. Wed. is tap dancing. Thurs. same as Tuesday, and Friday elliptical plus weights.
Now, if I can just make sure I don't do the extra snacking after work before dinner and then before bed, I'll be just fine. Unfortunately, it's TOM and the chocolate craving i****ting hard.
