work it unless you wanna keep it
I met with the trainer and that went well. He decided that before I walk/run, I should do stretches and so for fifteen minutes, I stretched. After I walked/ran, I again stretched and then spent twenty minutes working on my thighs and buttock area. Today, we work on upper body and I am doing this before zumba.
On my way to the gym, (down a long hill****pt thinking how it would be so much fun to have one of those little scooter things. I see the kids riding them all over the place but then I’d not get to look at rock patterns or the trees that line the space between academia and the athletic place. I really love walking outside and wish I had more time to spend out and about.
So, tell me about your outside walks or weights. By the way, the trainer said weights are very good for wls folks because of our fast weight loss, our muscles are stringy and the weights tighten them up.
I'm really sad that it will be too cold to be out riding my bike soon. We have wonderful trails by the river, and every time I ride I see something I didn't see the time before.
Oh well, spending time in the gym this winter will make me appreciate the ride that much more next Spring!
