Wonderful Wednesday: What's Up

Morning all, sober 381 days and so proud of me.
I have a physical with my PCP today. Asked for an EKG. Will also ask for a bone density. He will give me my blood test results. Worried about my Hemoglobin A1C. Wondering if it high.
I have had 6 toe cramps in my left foot recently. Been soaking my feet in Epsom salts the last 3 nights and no cramp. They are painful cramps.
We have many fine upscale previously worn women shops here.I have seen some fantastic dressy evening clothes. I hate buying dressy stuff cause it normally just sits in the closet. Have fun shopping for your special outfit.
Warm and humid here, but loving it so. Had a great pool day yesterday, really got to work on my leg exercises.

I added magnesium citrate to my daily pill regimen about a year ago and haven't had leg or toe cramps since then unless like Laureen I neglect my fluid intake. I know how miserable these can be. Hope you find the source. Have fun shopping!

I take mag citrate daily, three a day actually. It's supposed to help with fibro. I was taking regular magnesium, until VitaLady said I should take mag citrate ... didn't know there were different kinds.

Good Morning Everyone,
I am still in Michigan, enjoying these Munchkins.  I took Isabel to preschool, went to the IGA for juice and diet Coke, and then came home and got a lovely phone call from our Jo.  She and I are getting together on Friday at McDonald's, so I can take the kids for lunch, and she and I can meet.

I took Isabel to Lansing yesterday and we bought some craft stuff for her and Lincoln.  Then, I stopped at the Christian book store and bought a book by an author I just discovered recently.

Needless to say, watching a two year old energetic little guy is a handful, and I am pooped at the end of the day.

I think my daughter is going to take us shopping today, because Izzy is outgrowing her pants and panties, so we should have a fun afternoon.  Thanksfully, Colleen only works halfdays.

Hi Jeannie and my OFF family:

We had rain, lots of rain last night, and a tumultous night at work. Had to do one page three times because the sports editor (the one who complimented me) kept changing his mind. Aaargh! I wanted to kill him. If we were in the same room, I would have been fired for what I said. Luckily, he was far, far away. He even said, "You're going to kill me...."Yeah, make up your mind." So because of that, I was late on my final page."

So I got home at 1:30 a.m., rain pouring down, didn't even pick up my mail, got to sleep at 4 a.m., didn't get up til after noon. I've had two cups of coffee and two protein low-sugar, low-carb, high-fiber apple muffins. Juliette is snoozing on the recliner foot rest beside me. I have a headache and still have to work tonight. I will probably pick up something to eat on the way to work. Just not in the mood to cook today.

Anyway, kind of out of it. Luckily, it's my Friday. I should be able to get out of there earlier tonight. Have a good day. We needed the rain, so it's nice it rain and it's cooler and gloomy.

Just doing a quick check in. My day has been non stop. I finally went to get my IOWA drivers license and plates for my car. $284 worth OUCH!!! Oh well at least now I am driving legal!
