Balancing the scales: Are you going to move?
When I exercise, I feel like I am in control. Also, when I exercise, I pay really close attention to what I eat because I don’t want the exercise to be cancelled out by a bad-eating choice.
So, yesterday, I met with the trainer and we did upper and lower body weight. He also had me use the big ball. I had to sit on it and keep my balance, which really did improve my back posture. I wouldn’t mind having one of those at my desk. Also, when I walked/ran, I ran more than walked. That was kind of nice too.
What are you doing to balance the intake/output scale?
