Exercise! Good god yall, what is it good for???

My trainer says, move it or lose it.  He is talking about muscle definition.  I must say that I agree with him.  Even with the sheets of hanging skin, I am seeing some very impressive form taking shape in my thighs and in my arms.   And, I continue to walk/run, zumba, and use the weight machine and do ballroom dancing.  Having had a few days off from the gym made me so damn lazy.  I will tell you this, it is hard to get into the habit of working out but it is easy to get into the habit of not working out.   My first day back to the gym was a killer.  I kept thinking, I should just go ahead and take today off and get this and that done. 

 

So, move it today and enjoy the feeling of satisfaction that comes with taking a positive step forward.   As my trainer also says, what, is it your birthday?
