Saturday.....weekend eating

Good morning friends,

Getting back on track after lots of sleeping and trying to catch up on my water consumption.

Here's what I plan so far.....

Protein coffee x2

Bakst quesidilla

Latte

Split pea soup

Not sure whats on the agenda for the balance of the day, will let you know

I started with a banana for breakfast and a cuppa coffee

Snack will be cheese stick that I am putting in my purse.  I'm sure I will be in some shopping at the mall hell.  And, if I have to go to Rogers to find something…well, that is even more shopper hell.

Lunch: hubby and I will eat at a steak house.  He will order a huge steak and I will order a salad.  and when his steak comes, he will cut up a few bites to put in my salad and I'll have that.  The salads usually have an egg in them too, so I get a lot of protein.

Snack: banana.  cause I can carry that in my purse too

Dinner:  I am making meatloaf.  So, a three or four ounce meatloaf, green beans, and maybe a little potato.

Snack: tonight is my dancing class so I will not eat a snack: I will be foxtrotting with my gay boy friend.  He is so funny.  We have been meeting at the dance studio on the sly, trying to improve our moves, so tonight he thinks we are going to blow the others out of the water.  Yeah right. I move like a robot.  HEHE.  Bless his heart.  He should have a better partner.
