YOu know what's good in parchment paper envelopes?  Fresh fish, topped with an onion slice, an apple slice, and a little lemon.  Roll the top of parchment down, sit in a pan, coo****il done.  Yummy.  I also like to cook potatoes, peppers, onions, on top of a hamb. patty in side a parchment envelope.
