My Food Plan for today
B: Apple, ricotta pancakes (2), one thin slice canadian bacon
S: Strawberries and 1/2 banana in light sour cream
L: Soup and Salad
S: Yogurt or Atkins like bar
D: Leftover sushi from last night
S: L/F N/S Chocolate pudding

So far, so good. Here's my plan for the day.
B- leftover pork and scrambled egg. Coffee
S- Banana
L- Salad with lots of veggies and hard boiled egg
S- Low fat cheese stick
D- 2 pulled pork tacos with lots of veggies inside.
Water all day long and vitamins of course.
And thanks for the tip on the water additives, I'll check it out.

My husband's new diet Low calorie and low cholesterol is killing me.
Breakfast: 1/2 of a 2-egg omelet with low fat cheese, mushrooms, and celery
Snack: banana
Lunch: two baked chicken wings and 1/2 cup of steamed cauliflower
Snack: apple slices
Dinner: 1 baked chicken thigh, 1 cup of steamed brocolli, 1 small homemade corn tortilla
Snack: 1 cup of fresh strawberries and black berries mixed and chopped
