Happy Thursday. . .

B:  Eggbeaters w/alpine lace cheese, one slice of canadian bacon

S:  2 x 2 square of french toast (my rendition of Paula Dean recipe)

L:  Forgot it at home, so unsure of what I will be eating, probably salad with chicken or something of the like

S:  Strawberries, banana with light sour cream

D:  the other half of lunch ;)

S:  Skinny Latte

That's my plan for the day, what's yours?

L-steak and garlic green beans

D-leftovers from lunch

S-Fiber One Bar and some fruit later

S--protein drink

L--bbq sandwich, beans, potato salad

S-- banana

D-- grilled sausage wrapped in bread

(We will be here at the lake all day.)
