Hi Trish and my OFF family:

Busy morning ... off to the bank and shopping because of payday. Back and knees now hurt more than normal (I refuse to use the motorized cart because this is the only exercise I get, walking around Target).

Back to work tonight. Waiting now for the cat sitter to come so I can pay her and get my key back. She said she'd be here "2ish" so any time soon.

Everyone sounds busy .... Mag, I'm glad your petsitting business is taking off. I've tried to get my brother to do something like this, but he pooh-poohs it.

Anyway, got to move on ... have a good day.

I'm retired, but continue working on contract, paid by the day...Had 5 days in a row and am absolutely wiped, ate badly and am up almost 3 lbs in just the short week...Tomorrow will sleep in ( o joy!) and then join some girlfirends for lunch ( with wine, YES) and a play  ( amateur theatre company, but they are really good) in the afternoon...and my monthly house cleaner comes in on Sunday afternoon....Then a repeat of another nightmare working week, I just don't have the energy to do 5 days in  row anymore and when it happens, I can't take it as wind up exhausted...I love earning the extra money at what I basically love to do, but just not 5 days in a row anymore! ....

Hi everyone!!  It's been a while since I've posted.  Moved back home to Georgia from NC this past Dec. and getting settled has been a Bi*&%!!  The moving in was a  piece of cake, it's changing insurance co.'s etc. that's been rough.  My daughter born with Downs Syndrome is now considered an adult which changes evrything entirely so I had to apply for social security and medicaid for adults.  It has taken until just last week to even have someone contact me about all of this.  Grrrrrrr....

Thanks for allowing me to vent.  Life is good.  I've had a regain that I think the moving strress, etc. has been part of the culprit but I am the main cause....wrong choices!!!!  Working on doing better!!! 

Trish, I hear you on working 5 days straight.  Can't do that anymore.  The last job i had in NC was in Accounting/Payroll for a small heating/air company part time.  I loved it and wish I could get a home business started doing bank reconciliations, etc. for small companies.  I know Quickbooks like the back of my  hand.  Oh well, in time something will come to pass.

Vickie, I love hearing about your Deer.  I read your post to my hubby and he enjoys hearing about them as well.  We're animal lovers!! 

I must go see what to do about dinner.  I'm having some homemade vegetable soup but not sure if daughter, sister and hubby wants that.  We'll see.

Where in Georgia are you? I go thru georgia all the time when I drive to chicago to see my daughter. I usually go up I-75. Carla
