Wednesday: Watcha Eating Today?

4+ years post-op and mid-week and a day off from the gym, much needed after rain interrupted sleep two nights in a row, so this is my food plan for today. . .

B:  Apple Ricotta Pancakes and turkey bacon

S:  Piece of l/f cheddar with some strawberries or peach

L:  Going to lunch with a friend, so not sure, will come back to post later what I had

S:  Yogurt and strawberries or banana

D:  Meeting a friend after work, unsure, again will come back to post later

S:  Fruit more than likely if I have one

Trying to step up the fruit part of things, as I am having issues with evacuation, if you get my drift. . .

Make more choices that are beneficial and you will benefit.  Have a good day!!!

Hello Laureen....your breakfasts always sound so good....wish I could eat in the morning!

If I have trouble with "evacuation" all I need to do is eat a serving of green beans...amazing!

B-High Protein Chocolate Shake

L-small taco salad....no chips or shell....and some refied beans

D- chicken grilled with fresh veggies

S- fruit
