Good mornin' ya'll.
Well, we have already had a raging thunderstorm this morning. Our weatherman, Les, says we will have them all week. I need to get my ID card renewed sometime between storms. My hair has to be perfect!!! Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha! Anyone who knows me knows I really don't give 2 damns!
Went and bought a new computer yesterday. Thought about a Mac, but decided on a PC. It would have taken just too much time, money and logistics to convert stuff. My main concern would be loosing all of my genealogy files. I don't know for sure Family Tree Maker has a Mac version and my records could be transferred safely. Sooooo, PC it is. Best Buy is installing all of my programs and transferring data. I know how to do those things, but I also know how to clean my house and I pay someone else to do that, too! I will keep the old one set up in a back bedroom. It is sooo hard to 'let go'. I am just so afraid of losing 300 years of genealogical data! It backs up to my external hard drive automatically, but still!
My second cousin was missing in CT for 2 weeks. They found her body this weekend. She had just walked away from her doctor visit and hadn't been seen since. Her Sister said she was suicidal. I guess forensics will find out if there was foul play. She was 63. So sad. There is a LOT of suicide in my family. Both maternal and paternal sides.
Prayers for everyone in need and everyone, for that matter. Good thoughts for everyone, whether you 'need' them or not!
Couple of little chores around here that I have been putting off! So, today is THE day!
Everyone have a fantabulous day!

Carolyn....so sorry for your loss. God rest her soul!!  Many prayers for you and your family!

Also feel bad about the suicidal tendencies that run in your family. I have felt that way many times over the last few months. I just keep praying for answers.

Afternoon OFF family...quick stop in today as I need to get back to work and snap my whip it seems!!! GRRRR! I guess its more important to cut the grass over and over instead of getting the dam toilet put back together in the ONE apartment that I THOUGHT was ready to rent out!!!!!!!!! Went to show it this morning and here sits the dam toilet in the middle of that dam floor!!!!!! I was so pissed that if Randy walked by me right then I would have choked the living **** out of him!!!!!!!! He was supposed to have had that all taken care of while we were in Michigan last weekend!!!!! Rick says tomorrow it will be fixed...I am so sick of hearing "tomorrow" I could spit bullets!!!!!!!! As for the dam grass...GRRRRRRRRRR let that go for now and get these apartments ready to rent!!!!!!!!!! OR Rick cut the grass and let Randy do the apartments!!! Randy says I am saving those for rainy days...excuse me???? I AM THE MANAGER HERE NOT YOU!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! If this does NOT get started tomorrow I AM going to FIRE his ass no questions asked!!!!!!!!!! So sick of this ****!!! Sorry for sounding off here but I needed to let off steam or exdplode!!! Then there is this box of 4 foot flourescent tubes that a salesman sent to Rick...no price mentioned...just got the bill...ready for this one?? $449.00 for a case of 30!!!!!!!!!! Yeah you read that right!!!!!!!! I got on the phone ASAP and am now waiting for a return call!!!!!!!! No way in HELL am I going to pay that amount for bulbs!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!

OK lunch is over need to go back and TRY to remain calm for the rest of the day.......hahaha wish me luck!!

Thoughts and Prayers for ALL that need them!!!

Judy, take a deep breath!! No need to have a coronary! And if you decide to kill someone, be sure to hide the body well! You are obviously doing a great job there or your employer would not have rewarded you. So, spend your lunch break venting here instead of winding up in the hospital or prison!
Speaking of venting! After months of disagreement and thousands of dollars to lawyers, my daughter and her hopefully-soon-to-be-ex hammered out their own agreement. Took them hours on the phone over 2 days, but what they decided on was fair for BOTH of them and the kids! Soooo, he took their agreement to his lawyer to have it put into legal jargon so they can both sign and get this thing over with! His lawyer refused!! He said the agreement was NOT fair! So, he fired his lawyer and has to retain another one. I don't know why our daughter's lawyer can't just type it up, everyone agree, sign, shake hands and get the dang thing over with!! Grrrrr!
We are back to normal around here. DIL is back to work (although kids don't go back til next week), our son came here for his lunch salad and a nap. He will be waking up soon to go back to work. I expect every few days our DIL will stop by for a quick hello on her way to school. Ahhhhhh!

Thank GOD I have you ALL to vent to!!! See what happens tomorrow and IF he tries to cut grass....he will be without a job!!!!!!!!!! I AM DONE GIVING HIM CHANCES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hoe your daughter and soon to be ex SIL can make those lawyers draw up papers and soon so she does NOT have to pay MORE money out to those money hungry asses!!!!!!!!! It is unbelievable what they have charged her so far!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

Greetings OFF Family,
Well, I've had a hectic morning and early afternoon.  Went to my AA meeting.  Then, I saw my primary doctor, who says my foot probably has a stress fracture, they would have to do an MRI.  With or without the MRI, I'd still end up wearing the boot.  He was pleased that I already owned one.  He's also pleased that I am going on Medicare on October 1st, as that means no more referrals.  Yahoo.  He also says that my sinuses are red, which explains why they hurt when air goes through them.  So, back on an antibiotic.  I got my B12 shot and flu shot while there as well.  The best news is I lost two pounds in the past month.  I'm down to 215 pounds.  During my relapse, which ended January 2010, I was up to 245.  That means I've lost 30 pounds in the past two and a half years.  May seem long to some, but I'll take the weight loss anyway it comes.

Right now, I'm at my volunteer work.  I was late because I had to go straight from the doc's office to the pharmacy, then my apartment to get the boot.  It's quiet here for now, but that could change at any minute.

Glad to see Jo is doing well.  I'm not sure when I'll get back to my daughter's.  I'm hoping in October or November.

Love and prayers for all.

Trish
