TGIF in Pennsylvania
Good evening all - sounds like everybody is busy & happy!
I've been away from my computer for a few days. My mom had back surgery about 3 weeks ago and she lives about 2 hours away, so I went to go visit her for a few days since it will be a while before I can get there again. It was a good visit and I was able to help her do a few things.
Trish & Lauren - I'll be getting to AA & OA meetings soon I hope. I haven't been in a while and been getting my "fix" online. I'll be glad to get active again. Where I live there is not much interest in service work at the district level, but there's always stuff to do local!
I'm off to Grapevine on Sunday. Get to visit my oldest son that lives close to the hospital I'll be having my surgery at so I'll take advantage and get to spend some time with him and his girlfriend. I'm sure he and my husband will hit the lake in his boat and do some fishing....
Tomorrow I'll be making sure all is in order around the house and getting my things together for the trip on Sonday. So, if I don't get a chance to login - you guys have a great weekend and pray for a successful surgery.
