Loved the weather yesterday - rain & cool temps.
Glad you included name of books & author - I read a lot and am always looking for a different author to read.
Connie, praying the gloomy clouds lift and your living situation changes for the better soon!!! Hope prayers are answered soon.
Trish, aren't sons great - can hear the pride in your voice! Daughters are awesome too - wouldn't ever leave my two girls out. Some things can only be shared with a daughter.
Eileen, congratulations on the new "grand" - sucg fun to anticipate a new baby. Hope you find a solution to your headaches soon.

I have a real do nothing day planned today. My oldest granddaughter, Olivia, stopped by for a visit before going to work. She can light up my day in an instant. So blessed with that girl.

I will get through this. I am a survivor and have been through way worse then this in my life!! It just gets so it makes me so tired and so drug down. Still pray myself every day!!

Hi SandraKay!  I am a voracious reader, too.  As much as my time and my budget will allow.  I am hooked on my Nook!  I love it because I can increase the font size and read without my glasses.  Do you have an e-reader?  If so, you should check out BookBub.com.  I get a free book from them several times a week.  Some are pretty good, others are just okay, but the price sure is right!  LOL!

Where did you move to?  Are you still off FM 3009?

I live off I-35 and Judson near Madison High School. My husband and I built this house then sold it to my oldest daughter and her husband. So I guess I just moved back home. I'm about 6 miles from where I was before.

Oh, I know Judson.  That's where Sam's Club is, right? 

We are headed home to Nacogdoches for the next week, and then we'll be back to Canyon Lake.  Maybe we can get together next month?  I would like to attend one of those seminars at your WL surgeon's office sometime, too.  It would be great to have an OFF buddy within driving distance! 

I'll let you know when we get back and maybe we can work something out.
